We are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all
of our Decky's.

We do our best to stand by our products. Each Decky is made
to last so we make our warranty simple. If the locking mechanism breaks, any
hardware falls out, or a product is sent to you broken, we'll replace it free
of charge. Reach out to us on the contact page in order to start your warranty
claim. We may ask for pictures of the product when we email you so that we can
try and improve going forward!

The one stipulation we do have regarding our lifetime
warranty is to our water resistant models. These products are designed with a
custom o-ring that is compressed by the locking mechanism in order to keep your
pouches or tobacco safe from the elements. Like any O Ring or gasket, these
will wear out over time. We do use top end materials and have had these o rings
custom made for us, but wear does happen. We will warranty the O Ring for 1
year from purchase.

We also do not offer a full warranty on international
orders. If you are an international customer, please reach out to us for a
warranty request. We will do our best to accommodate all international warranty
request but due to changing international shipping prices and customs
processes, full warranty service cannot be offered.

We also DO NOT offer our warranty on factory seconds.
